Do I even own this??

This week was eventful! I had the opportunity to work on my ePorfolio a couple days in the evening, as well as took Monday off to do more schooling. I have all of these tasks to submit for school, which brings up the topic of the week. Who owns my portfolio??? I discussed with my group on all the important reasons on why a student show be in control of their own work. Our unanimous posts include that ePortfolios are student-centered, allowing us to choose what to include and reflect on our learning process. We discussed that our college Lamar University is providing us with this learning experience to have our choice, ownership and voice of our sites. This helps us become more engaged and motivated, and really shine! If I have anything to teach you for the week it would be to check out the discussion application called Padlet. We switched from google docs to this platform, and it seemed very user friendly and offered a better type of communication. I like how it advises when the last person posted. I suppose its more real time. I like viewing all of my classmates opinions almost in real time. I really feel like all of our opinions were the same on ownership, however everyone had a different view on how it was applied. I personally love my site. Wix offers an unbelievable amount of features to edit my site. I totally recommend looking at youtube for videos on ANYTHING! Youtube offers multiple that have helped me with my ePortfolio using Wix. I feel like the more time I put into this ePortfolio, the more customized and better it becomes. Also, I created another AI picture for this blog just like i did on my last at this link. I also used it in my discussion group because We Own It!
