Influencer Strategy

What results do I want to achieve?
My heart is set on making every student shine their brightest! Over the next two academic years, I am excited to introduce the Mightier app—a magical tool designed to help our young heroes master their emotions. By weaving Mightier into the daily routines, especially supporting the amazing students with autism, I aim to create a classroom where feelings are understood, friendships flourish, and every child feels empowered to navigate their emotions with confidence and joy. Together, we’re building a happier, kinder, and more resilient school community where every student can thrive!

How will I measure results?
I’ll be keeping a close eye on the amazing progress our students make along the way! By using pre- and post-implementation surveys, I’ll track how often emotional outbursts occur and look for connections between emotional regulation and academic success. I’ll also gather thoughtful feedback from teachers and parents on the changes they’re seeing, while using data from the Mightier app to celebrate each child’s unique journey. With these insights, I’ll ensure that every step we take supports the students’ growth, happiness, and success—and helps create a stronger, more supportive school community for everyone!

Key Influencers
The key influencers are essential in presenting Mightier as they each play a unique role in fostering a supportive environment, ensuring successful adoption, and encouraging lasting emotional growth among students.
