I would like to reflect on the importance of my voice in my ePortfolio. Voice represents not only the tone and style of my work but also how I communicate my unique perspective and expertise. It shapes the way others perceive my abilities, values, and professional identity. I feel like my voice is not an actual verbal statement, but it is an example of my work. By carefully crafting my Voice, I ensure that my ePortfolio reflects my authenticity and dedication while also engaging my audience, whether it be colleagues, employers, or students.

As I move forward in my journey to becoming a digital leader, my ePortfolio will remain a vital tool. I plan to continuously update it to show my growth, achievements, and new skills. I will use it as a platform to demonstrate my leadership in digital innovation, highlight my contributions to the field, and share insights on emerging trends.

I was talking with my fiancé's mom recently. She was explaining about how Georgina, my fiance's 10 year old daughter was presented with a project and she did not think it was possible to complete. So her grandma explained to her that they would do this part one day, then the next part, and so on. She also explained the same view for Georgina with her piano lessons and pieces. She thought they were impossible to learn, how Gia (grandma) explained to her how she can learn this part, then the next, and etc and it was just so motivating. I replied to her about how this is the growth mindset. Harvard business review does an article "What Having a “Growth Mindset” Actually Means". It explains that a growth mindset is just about praising and rewarding effort (Dweck, 2016). It really talks about effort towards the growth mindset, growth, and completing what is at task. I really like this and that I can present this to my children, my employees and well, my future mother in law.
